NOTES
a. All training must be authorised through submission of Form NB16 to County HQ.
b. County Cadre Training Assessment Weekends will consist of a combination of
the following:-
Senior Cadet Training
First Aid
JCIC
Induction Training
Pre ITC/SCIC
The OC will be notified by the County Training Major 6 weeks before a Cadre Weekend, of its configuration. The Company will then be responsible for planning the Weekend and issuing all documentation for the Cadre and Company training.

RED - MAXIMUM ATTENDANCE
GREEN - NO EXPENSE TRAINING
BLACK - NORMAL TRAINING
